Social Awareness

This week we will explore the third of the 5 core components of Social and Emotional Learning (SEL). 

Social Awareness is being aware and respectful of the feelings and perspectives of others.

Over the past two weeks, students at St Paul's have explored the way in which they can be aware of others around them. This included looking at a situation from another perspective, valuing the opinions of others, building relationships and having empathy. 

Throughout our weekly journaling, students were able to self-reflect on how they treated others, and how the actions of others made them feel.
