Sacrament of Penance Programme
Important time this weekend as families move into a new phase of the programme. After the Prayer of the Faithful, the children will be invited to come forward towards the baptism font to collect a form requiring completion from mums, dads or carers. After Mass, this completed form can then be exchanged in the parish meeting room for a personalised book. If children are too shy to come and collect a form (as was the case last week), they probably don’t have the personal development to celebrate reconciliation this year. Workshops start this Monday 17 February. In preparation, parents need to read page 3 and assist their children complete page 4. With Thanks.
Ash Wednesday ~ 26th February
Unfortunately, Father Michael will be returning from overseas and arrive after a very long flight on the morning of Ash Wednesday. Accordingly, the Masses across the parish will be a little different compared to previous years. Please be mindful of the following: St Paul’s 9:15 AM with school kids. St Clare’s 12:00 Noon for school kids, St Aloysius at 5:00 PM & St Paul’s at 7:00 PM.
