Summer Uniform Transition

Following Fathers Day, Monday, 8 September 2025, students may begin wearing their summer school uniform as the days become warmer.

From the commencement of Term 4, Monday, 13 October 2025 all students must be in summer uniform.

Attendance Notes

For any whole day absence, parents will need to access their Compass parent portal and log the absence before 11am on the day their child is not at school.  If you fail to do this you will receive a Compass alert requesting that you explain your child’s absence on the day your child is away.  The school must receive notification of the reason for the absence within 7 days of the return to school. In the event that an explanation is not supplied the absence will be recorded as Unjustified/Unexplained.

Partial Absences

We ask that you do not enter an attendance note if your child has a partial absence (eg; arriving late or leaving early). These will be entered by office staff when you are in the foyer to drop off or collect your children.

Aboriginal Education Assistant

My name is Kaitlyn Hodge, I am the new Aboriginal Education Assistant at St Paul's Catholic Primary School. I am a proud Dunghutti woman, still on my own journey of learning about and gaining a deeper understanding of my culture. My aim within this role is to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students to engage with their education. I’m passionate about belonging to a school community where students feel seen, heard and proud of who they are. I am here to walk alongside our students as they grow, both in the classroom and beyond. I also look forward to working closely with families and the wider school community to strengthen connections and celebrate culture together. Please feel free to come and say hello and introduce yourself. I will be at St Paul's Catholic Primary School on Mondays and Tuesdays beginning in Week 7.
