Student Dismissal Arrangements
Please ensure your child is aware of their afternoon dismissal arrangements each day. eg; pick up, bus, walkers line, Aspire etc.
If there is a last minute change to these arrangements, all student messages must be via a phone call to the school office before 2:45pm to ensure they have been received and can be passed on.
School Fees
Yesterday, 1 July 2024 school fee statements were emailed to all parents/carers. You may also view your school fee account in the Compass Parent Portal.
For families not paying by instalment plan your 2024 school fees were due on Thursday, 28 February 2024. If you are yet to pay your school fees in full you will be contacted by the school early Term 3 and an appointment will be made for you to come and discuss the non payment of your school fees with Mr Reardon.
If you are experiencing financial difficulty, please do not ignore your school fee statement, please make contact with the school immediately and request a 'Fee Concession Form'. Once the form is completed and returned to the school, an appointment will be made for you with Mr Reardon so you can discuss your current situation. Mr Reardon will put a mutually agreed payment plan in place to assist you with paying your school fees and prevent you falling further behind and your shcool fee account being forwarded to the CEDoW School Fee Liasion Office for debt collection.
Families currently paying school fees by instalment, providing your instalments are up to date you will not be contacted.
