Should you need to change how your child is to travel home or who is collecting them from school please follow the guidelines below;

  Should you need to change how your child is to travel home or who is collecting them  from school please following the guidelines as set out below;

  • Pre-organised (before your child arrives at school)
    Please email the school office via info@spcdow.catholic.edu.au before 9am on the day you have organised for a person to collect your child stating that you give permission for …person's name, phone number and relationship to the child to collect your child from school.
  • Unexpected (after your child has arrived at school/during the school day)
    Please telephone the school office on 46548900 and request for your child to be given a message.  Additionally if the person is not on your emergency contact list you will be asked to email the school office via info@spcdow.catholic.edu.au  and state that you give permission for …person's name, phone number and relationship to the child to collect your child from school.
