First Holy Communion Programme
As advised in the past two weekly messages, this weekend is the enrolment weekend for the Sacrament of First Holy Communion. Baptised children who have made their Sacrament of Penance and are in year three or higher should collect a name submission form at any of the weekend Masses at Camden, Oakdale or The Oaks and after filling it in exchange it for a Timeline for the First Holy Communion programme.
There is an additional requirement that was advised in the past two weekly messages of the children’s need to know the Our Father, The Hail Mary and The Act of Contrition. These prayers will be tested on two prayer assessment nights which are Wednesday 6th and Thursday 7th September at 6.00pm.
