Please note that the Catholic Education Office School Fees Liaison Office will be conducting their annual review of all accounts currently paying by instalment. If instalment payments have not been made and there is a large balance outstanding, the option to pay by instalment will be revoked and the account placed under investigation. This means that in 2023 the school fee account will need to be paid within 30days. This will include all the 2023 school fees plus any arrears.  

New digital form for student image consent

The safety and wellbeing of students is always our first priority. This includes protecting their privacy and respecting the wishes of parents and carers regarding the use of student photos, images and works at all times.

At the start of each school year, you are asked to complete a paper form to provide your consent for images of your child to appear in various places (e.g. in school newsletters, social media and promotional material).

From 2023, this form will become digital and will be shared with you as an event in Compass. In the same way that you provide consent for your child to attend an excursion, you will now be able to simply reply to a Compass event to provide (or decline) consent related to the use of your child’s image or works. 

What do you need to do?

During the Christmas vacation period, you will receive a new image consent event in Compass. Please read the details of the event carefully, discuss it with your child, and once you have made your decision, either provide your consent or decline to provide consent.

To ensure that no child misses out on having their photo taken as part of school life, we will occasionally send reminders to parents and carers who have yet to complete the event.
