Year 5 Camp Credit
As this year's camp is now a two day camp there will be a fee credit applied to all year 5 school fee accounts. This is because students were originally charged $150 for the camp as an overnight camp and the camp is subsequently cheaper when run as a two day only camp, costing $115 per student. A request has been placed with the CEO for the $35 fee credit once this is allocated it will appear on your school fee statements.
School Fees
With the end of the 2022 school year fast approaching families are reminded of the following;
Please ensure all school fees are paid in full before the end of the 2022 school year. If you are having genuine financial stress please make contact with the Principal as a matter of urgency to discuss your school fee situation.
Families that currently pay school fees by instalment do not need to complete another 'Request to Pay by Instalment' form as your current form carries over from year to year unless you wish to amend the frequency of your payments. eg Weekly to fortnightly. If your child is commencing Year 7 at one of our Diocesan Catholic Colleges your secondary school fees frequency for payment will be the same as the primary school unless you complete the 'Request to pay by Instalment' form to alter this.
Families that do not currently pay school fees by instalment or are new to the school and would like to take up to option to pay their school fees by instalment please ensure that you complete a ' Request to pay by Instalment' form and either return this to the school office or submit it directly to instalments@dow.catholic.edu.
Afternoon Dismissal
Please ensure your child knows of their dismissal arrangement each day. If there is a change to their dismissal and a message needs to be passed on to your child, messages must be phoned through to the school office prior to 2:45pm each day so we can ensure sufficient time to deliver the message.
Students not returning to St Paul's in 2023
Students from Kindergarten to Year 5 (excluding Year 6 students) who will not be returning to St Paul’s in 2023 are requested to complete the attached form and return to the school office as soon as possible.
2022 - St Mary MacKillop Award
To ensure your child receives their St Mary MacKillop Award, all Principal awards must be submitted to the school office no later than Friday, 2 December 2022.
Year 6 awards will be presented at the Year 6 Farewell Mass on Wednesday, 7 December 2022.
All other grades will be presented on Monday, 5 December 2022.
